QCC Activity

QCC Activity

Quality Control Circle (QCC) is an activity in which a group of employees work together and hold regular meetings in seeking quality control (quality) by identifying, analyzing and taking action to solve problems encountered in work by using quality control tools.

Carrying out the quality of a product needs to be carried out with proper standardization, so that the products produced are in accordance with consumer demand. Companies must pay attention to the quality of their products. For the sake of good quality and quantity of the products produced, the company routinely carries out QCC activities, in order to analyze the problems that exist in the field.

Quality Control Circle (QCC) is usually also known as a quality control group, namely a team or group of employees who work together to contribute to improving the quality of the company's products.

Meanwhile in carrying out QCC, the QCC team requires the Quality Control Circle (QCC) method, which is a method used to control product quality and reduce the number of products that experience defects related to the number of consumer complaints.

This QCC method is often used by companies as a means of approaching Total Quality Management.

In implementing the Quality Control Circle (QCC) it focuses more on improving (improving) which can be useful for suppressing errors and minimizing defective products. In addition, the following are a number of secondary benefits from implementing QCC carried out by the working group:

Providing solutions in the event of discrepancies or product quality deviations from predetermined product standards.
Provide basis, recommendations and how to analyze the problem and solve it thoroughly with the working group.
Producing high quality and high value products with low costs.
Able to improve the quality of human resources (HR) for workers because QCC teaches how to use collection, sorting, and problem solving (brainstorming) methods.
